If you are not satisfied with one of our quality products, you may return it by simply contacting us within 15 days of delivery for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). As soon as MacFriends receives your returned item, the full purchase price of the product will be refunded to you promptly*.

MacFriends Return Policy
All Products purchased from MacFriends come with a full manufacturer warranty against defects. Due to certain manufacturers' return policies, you may be required to contact those manufacturers directly to repair, replace or return your products.
If you receive a defective product out of the box, please contact MacFriends Customer Service via email or by calling 1-888-988-2818 immediately so that a MacFriend can further direct you.
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) request must be made within 15 days of receipt of product. An RMA # must be included with any shipment of product back to MacFriends. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to MacFriends.
All products must be received by our Warehouse within 15 days of receipt of an RMA #. RMA items received after 15 days will be refused. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels of your packing slip. DO NOT MARK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. All items must be returned in the same condition with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. For your protection, when returning product, it is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping method.
Due to license restrictions opened software products cannot be returned. Effective date January 8, 2010
