When and With Whom We Share Your Personal Information? MacFriends will never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We will share personal customer information only with our agents, representatives and trusted service providers and contractors for limited purposes, including fulfilling customer orders; communicating to customers; enhancing and improving customers' shopping experience; providing a personalized shopping experience; and completing credit card transactions.
Aside from the purposes described above, we will never share your personal information with any other third parties unless we have your express permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the disclosure is required by law.

How You Can Control the Use of Your Personal Information? You can modify or delete your personal information anytime once you have logged into your account. Simply login with your email address and password, go to My Details, and then you may edit or delete whatever information you wish. Do not share your MacFriends password with anyone.

How You Can Decide What Marketing Communications You Receive From Us? MacFriends may from time to time send you email messages describing new items, featured merchandise and special offers. You can choose to stop receiving this email at any time. Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
The only email messages you will receive from MacFriends when you elect not to receive informational emails will be to confirm any purchases on our site, let you know your order has been shipped, respond to your Customer Service inquiries and to answer any other questions you may have about our site.

Do you accept Purchase Orders from Educational Institutions? Yes. MacFriends does accept Purchase Orders from Educational Institutions who have established an account with MacFriends. Schools may download a Terms Application here. Once an application has been submitted and approved, an account number will be assigned. This account number may then be used to make purchases at MacFriends.com. Schools must then submit their authorized Purchase Order by fax before an order is processed.

How do refunds/credits work? How is a refund/credit applied? Does MacFriends offer in-store credit? The credit applied is always charged back to your credit card. We do not offer store credit. We keep all accounts balanced. In the case of the initial order being paid by check or money order, we will issue a check for the refund amount.

Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card? It takes us approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement. After MacFriends issues the credit, the rest of the process is out of our hands. At this point merchant services and your Bank determine how long it takes before the credit posts in your account. However, from our experience it is normally 2-3 business days.

The shipping carrier has returned my order to MacFriends. What happens now? If the shipment is "returned to MacFriends", we will receive the package and then credit your credit card for the order, minus any incurred shipping charges. This will automatically generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and you will receive an email notice detailing the transaction.

Which shipping carriers do you use? MacFriends reserves the right to choose its shipping carrier. We use the following Major Shipping Carriers determined by various criteria including shipping address, item weight, and time of order.

When is my order processed? All orders are processed online and shipped within one (1) business day.Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following business day.

Do you ship internationally? MacFriends only accepts orders shipped to the Continental United States from and to valid US Credit Card holders. |

Do you ship to APO addresses? MacFriends does ship to APO Addresses. Orders are shipped via the US postal system and may be delayed as compared to traditional shipping within the Continental United States. |
